CBT is a highly effective talking therapy modality that allows clients to understand and then positively influence their thoughts, emotions and behaviours in response to specific issues, situations or triggers.

CBT helps clients to reframe their experiences, and then develop and apply new ways of dealing with their negative thoughts, emotions or behaviours to achieve freedom from them once and for all.

CBT is a very practical and pragmatic therapeutic method and it is highly effective treatment for a range of clinical issues such as depression, anxiety and panic disorders. I often combine CBT processes with hypnotherapy which believe increases its effectiveness.
